• Develop, implement and execute Fido’s BTL strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven BTL activities for brand and growth campaigns. 
• Developed new distribution channels. Working closely with the BizDev team. Ideation, training and materials development, executions, and measurement.
• Building and managing the relationship with BTL agencies across Ghana. 
• Planning & supervising on-ground activations & promotions, from ideation to full execution.
• Manage events including planning and executing Events & Exhibitions
• Measure, analyze, and optimize the activities to meet the company’s KPIs and business goals.

‍Do you

• Live and breathe field marketing activities. Are you familiar with the latest global trends and know your way around Ghana communities' way of life?
• Take pride in being a detail-oriented person, who can execute flawlessly activities and events.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing teams and or advertising agencies as a BTL Manager. 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertisement, or a similar degree with a marketing and content focus.
• Hands-on experience in BTL and activity production.
• Excellent understanding of social media concepts & trends.
• Proactive and eager to propose his concerted ideas.
• Superb writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and marketing software.
• Exceptional English and Business English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
